"Live and Thrive Where Your Money Goes Further"

Cartess Ross

"I really screwed up... I had no savings. No 401k. No retirement."

Nope!  I didn't plan for retirement. I never thought I'd get old. I thought I had plenty of time to get my finances in order; but I didn't. I woke up one morning and I was 47-years old without any significant savings or investments.

Moving abroad to a place where my living expenses could be reduced significantly and instantly seemed the logical choice. So 3-years ago, my family and I left the U.S. and moved to Mexico.

That move across the border allowed us to reduce living expenses by over 60%, overnight! These savings would allow us to play catch-up with our finances.

Because of lower costs of housing, food, entertainment, healthcare, and transportation, we now have more money left at the end each month to save, invest, and to actually afford to have a life!

Not only did our financials improved, but our quality of life was better. I wrongly assumed our standard of living would not be so great in Mexico.

In my mind, I'm thinking we'd be living in 3rd world conditions... But all of that was wrong ... We have a bigger and better house than we did in the U.S. (and it was significantly cheaper). And we got a big giant pool too!!!

We can afford to have a maid come clean our house, cook, launder and iron clothes (she arrives at 8 am and leaves at 3 pm, and our cost is $20).

Recently, my 21-year old got a root canal for $125, and a crown for $100 (this would easily cost you $1,500 in the U.S.).

We recently watched a new release movie at the mall, and it was in English, and it only cost $6.96 for all 3 of us combined.

My 15-year old takes horse riding lessons at an equestrian school (see her below in the pic). In the U.S., it costs $75-$115 for a 1/2 hour lesson. We pay $15 for a 1-hour class.

We walk down to the market and buy bags of fresh fruits and vegetables and it's super super cheap... It's unbelievable. And the food is fresher and more healthier.

We can send a text to our butcher and let them know how much chicken, beef and pork we need, and it's fresh and ready the next morning, for pennies on the dollar.

You really can afford to move abroad and get your life back. You really can spend time with your kids and help them with their homework.

Your retirement or fixed income in Mexico can afford you a better quality of life right now. You don't have to struggle or just get by.

You can go out to lunch with friends. You can go watch a live orchestra.

There are like 10 quaint beach towns nearby, with the closest one being 25-minutes from my drive-way.

Your best life can be had now – you don't have to wait! You get to choose which country to live in based on your wants, needs and desires.

I don't like the cold and it doesn't get cold here... I have year-round heat!

They pump your gas at ALL of the gas stations here ... You don't even have to get out ...

Need your medicine? Send a text message to the pharmacy and 30-minutes later, they're knocking at your door with your meds; and the delivery is FREE!
