Today, I experienced a significant loss in my day trading, dropping my account from over $10,000 to $7,193.99, which is a 26.69% loss totaling $2,619.43.

I broke some key rules, like jumping back into trades after being stopped out, which ultimately led to a bigger loss than necessary. I want to emphasize the importance of risk management and sticking to your trading rules, especially during volatile market conditions.
