I believe the $20K USD lots are in a VERY small town called Santa Clara or Telchac Puerto (can’t remember exactly). These are basically “pass through” towns with no town square or any amenities to speak of. Most of the roads are unpaved. Check them out on GoogleMaps or Google Earth. If you want remote living on the water, then it might be for you, though.
