    I thought I had replied to this message, but I don’t see it. I wanted to say THANK YOU! This is exactly the information I need. I have arrived in beautiful Mexico, and will be contacting this doctor soon. I have had a nightmare with healthcare in the US. Hospitalized twice without receiving the help I need. $10,000 out-of-pocket later, and while I know what the main problem is, I have received no care to fix it! It’s actually soul-crushing. I literally would not survive US healthcare! Again, thank you Heather.
