That is true. However, I’ll know for certain pretty soon. I have a 21-year old and there’s a lot of information out there that suggests if your child is over 18-years old, they can’t enroll under your visa. However, I did speak with an immigration attorney and she says it won’t be a problem. I’m gonna get a 2nd opinion and find out but she seems confident. I’m gonna try and see. I intend to make that attempt in a few weeks before we fly out to Florida next month. I’ll keep you posted. But you won’t have issues with your wife.
