Hi Tracy. My Air b&b in Centro…I’ve learned much by staying in Centro. First, it’s not for me. The house itself works and I appreciate the cost and the pool. I don’t particularly like what’s outside the doors. The people are friendly and I feel safe when I’m out walking but it’s not pleasant walking due to the car exhaust and jagged side walks. I’ve traveled much and have always made it a point to rent in the center because of the amenities usually located there. Merida centro is nothing like European centers or San Miguel. I’m here for a scouting trip. That’s business, so it’s fine. I would not live here. Cartess is spot on.
