They didn’t provide much details other than to say it’s $1850 pesos per night (about $100 USD), or you can rent it per month for $7,500 pesos ($440 USD per Month) if you’re willing to do an agreement for 8+ months. This gives you an idea as to what you can find actual rentals for in the area. Likely much cheaper since this guy is an investor!
