Here are 2 places I’ve used:, they’re near Altabrisa in a colonia called Diaz Ordaz.

Many places include a free eye exam, particularly if you’re going to be buying glasses from them. So pick a place and go and look for the frames you want first and then get eye exam. There are quite a few places in the Altabrisa mall that are reasonably priced as well, so I wouldn’t discount those; and they do free exams as well.
