Insurance is tricky … Many of the hospitals will accept some of the smaller insurance companies, but you’ll have to pay outta pocket upfront for treatment; and request reimbursement from your insurance company. Now the big companies like Blue Cross/Shield and Cigna Global plans, they’re accepted for like emergencies and u typically won’t pay upfront (as these companies will send a letter for guaranteed payment to these hospitals). But the cost for these ‘Global’ plans are high.
